1 · Load any CSAR (any semester, any year)
Drop one or more CSAR Word files. Every term you load stacks into a continuous archive, so you can flip between semesters on the Sections tab. Re-loading the same term will skip duplicate CRNs.
Continuous archive: every term you load stays put. Use Remove a term if a CSAR was imported by mistake.
2 · Bring in counselor requests
Paste a request email (or its data block), or drop the .txt file the counselor downloaded. I'll add them to the round‑robin.
No requests yet? You can still assign manually on the Sections tab.
Working file
Everything autosaves to this browser. Save a backup file you can email to yourself or restore later.
Counselor requests
What each counselor asked for. These feed the round‑robin in seniority order. Checkmarks show picks that have been granted.
Seniority round‑robin
Counselors are listed most‑senior first. True round‑robin awards each counselor their next available pick in turn (everyone gets a #1 before anyone gets a #2). Switch the mode if you want a different style. Run one semester at a time below so picks only match sections in that semester.
Run the round‑robin one semester at a time. Each run only matches picks and sections for that semester (just like the CSARs are organized).
Need a single pass instead of running the whole thing? Hold Shift when you click a semester button.
All sections
Edit anything inline. Use the assign dropdown to place a counselor or adjunct. Conflicts (same instructor, same time) get flagged automatically.
| CRN | Term | Course | Population | Modality | Day | Time | Room | Load | Instructor | Assign |

Sections that still need an instructor
After the round-robin, these are open. Select sections to offer and draft an adjunct email. The offer lists sections without a first-come framing.
Adjunct book
Adjuncts you've worked with. Saved between sessions. Use these names for quick assign + bulk‑offer emails.
Email Center
Build a warm, ready-to-send email for any counselor or adjunct in your roster. Pick a template, pick the people, and the email auto-fills with their actual assignments.
Used for the cancellation, request-for-requests, room change, and custom templates.
Tip: "Open all in Outlook" opens a queue. Click through each recipient one at a time and your default Outlook handles the rest.
